Our ideal candidate is someone who is reliable, always ensuring immaculate customer service, being able to coordinate with the kitchen and waitstaff, and the ability to be keep your composure while under pressure.
Responsibilities Include Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow.
Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Maintain cleanliness in the Restaurant Performs opening and closing duties, as needed.
Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc.
Manage seating chart Ability to answer the phones Confirm and manage reservations Greet and seat customers Be personal, positive, and reliable Skills and Knowledge Excellent organizational, and problem solving skills.
